Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, the shipping process begins on the same day.

Customers located in Chennai can expect next-day delivery in most cases. All orders within Chennai will generally be delivered within 2 business days.

Orders outside Chennai are usually delivered within 3–4 business days, depending on location and courier service availability.

Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund after order confirmation, please use the return/refund request option provided by our support team.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund amount will be processed within 4–5 business days.

A pickup charge of Rs.50/- will be deducted from the refund amount.

However, if the return is due to our mistake, such as:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received

Then no pickup charges will be applied.

Refunds for payments made through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Internet Banking may take 4–5 business days to reflect in your bank account.

All refund amounts will be issued directly to your registered bank account by Sayara.in.
