1. Returns
You have 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
- Hygiene-related or custom-made products may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method such as:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- UPI
- Wallet Payments
The refund amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Service Cancellations
If you have booked a service through Sayara:
- Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period may include cancellation charges.
4. Shipping for Returns
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sayara will cover the return shipping charges.
For general return requests, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue.
We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange or replacement deliveries will generally be completed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Policy
Orders within Chennai are usually delivered within 2 business days.
Orders outside Chennai are generally delivered within 3–4 business days.
