1.Returns
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygiene-related or custom-made items, returns may not be applicable (see Section 5).

3.Service Cancellations (If Applicable)
If you have booked a service through Sayara:
Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.Shipping for Returns
Defective/Wrong Items: If you are returning an item because it was damaged upon arrival or we sent the wrong product, Sayara will cover the return shipping costs.
General Returns: For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
