Week 1

Hair Oil:
Apply anytime. Gently massage the oil into your scalp 4 times a week. Leave it on for 20–30 minutes or overnight.

Organic Hair Mask Gel:
Apply evenly from the scalp to the ends of your hair. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes (if you have a cold, sinus issues, or are sensitive to cold, limit the application time to 15 minutes). Avoid nighttime use. Wash your hair with fresh water, then cleanse with the Green Apple Anti-Dandruff Shampoo.

Week 2
