Week 1

• Hair Oil: Apply anytime. Gently massage the scalp 4 times a week. Leave for 20–30 minutes or overnight.
• Anti-Hair Fall Mask: Apply from scalp to ends. Leave for 15–20 minutes (if you have a cold, sinus issues, or feel sensitive to cold, limit it to 15 minutes). Avoid nighttime use. Wash off with an organic anti-dandruff shampoo.

Week 2
